Trailside Style Modular Barn – Toano, VA

Project Description:

This is a 40’x48′ modular barn in the trailside style. This Toano, VA trailside barn was built with LP SmartSide T1-11 siding that has a primer coating. It has rafters and architectural shingle roof with GAF Timberline HD (Pewter Gray color) shingles. The window is a single-hung aluminum window. The 8’x8′ roll doors with windows and 48″x80″ dutch doors are manufactured by J&N Structures.

Benefits:

This modular barn has (7) 12’x12′ stalls and a 12’x12′ feed room. The stalls have a sliding 4’x7′ stall door and a dutch door to the outside. The feed room has floor and a window and a service door. The roof over the stalls is a 3/12 pitch and the roof over the center aisle is raised to a 6/12 pitch.
