Trailside with (2) 10 Lean-To – Penbroke, NH

Project Description:

This is a 36’x48’ modular horse barn in the trailside style with (2) 10’ lean-tos. This Pembroke, NH horse barn was built with white pine board & batten siding. The roof has 4 pitch rafters and architectural shingle roof with GAF Timberline HDZ (Hickory color) shingles. The windows are sliding wood barn sash windows manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows & Doors. The 6’x9’ roll doors with windows and 4’x7’ dutch doors and service door and service door with window and gable vents are manufactured by J&N Structures. On the roof is a B-48 Boston Series cupola manufactured by Creative Cupolas. The foundation is frost walls installed by the customer. 

 Benefits:

This modular horse barn has (2) 12’x12’ stalls and (2) 12’x14’ stalls and a 12’x10’ tack room and a 12’x10’ wash stall and a 12’x24’ open storage area and a 12’x48’ center aisle. The stalls are lined with 4’ high oak kick boards and have a feed hole in the stall front and a sliding stall door into the center aisle and a dutch door to the outside. (2) stalls also have a sliding window. The tack room has floor and a sliding window and a service door into the center aisle. The wash stall has white glass boards on the walls and is open to the center aisle. The open storage area has pressure treated floor and a sliding window and a service door with window to the outside and is open to the center aisle. The center aisle has double sliding doors with windows at each end. On either side of the sliding doors are extra sliding windows. On each end of the barn, up near the peak, is a gable vent.
