High Country Barn – White Hall, MD


Project Description:

This is a 36’x84′ modular barn with 10′ high walls and 12′ enclosed lean-to in the high country style. This White Hall, MD high country barn was built with white pine board and batten siding. It has 8 pitch rafters and architectural shingle roof with GAF Timberline HD (Pewter Gray color) shingles. The small windows are sliding wood barn sash windows manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows and the triple loft window is an Andersen Silverline double-hung window. On the roof are Velux Fixed Thermo skylights. The 6’x10′ roll doors with windows are built by J&N Structures. The gable vents are also made by J&N Structures. Up top is a B-48 Series vented cupola manufactured Creative Cupolas.

Benefits:

This modular barn has (12) 12’x12′ stalls and a 12’x12′ tack room and a 12’x12′ wash stall. It has a full loft accessed via stairs in the tack room. The loft has double sliding loft doors with windows on one end and a triple window on the other end. The stalls have a sliding 4’x7′ stall door and a window. The tack room has floor and a service door and a window. The wash stall has white glassboard on the walls. The enclosed lean-to is separated into a 12’x36′ area and a 12’x48′ area. The 12’x36′ enclosed lean-to area has a 10’x8′ overhead garage door on the end. The 12’x48′ enclosed lean-to area is open at the end and has 10′ high clearance for tractor storage.
