30×40 Building Prefab 6 Pitch – Shelburne, VT

Project Description:

This is a 30’x40’ prefabricated garage. This Shelburne, VT garage was built with white pine board & batten siding painted with clay paint manufactured by Haley Paint Company. It has 6 pitch trusses and an insulated 28 gauge metal roof (Charcoal color) manufactured by A.B. Martin. The trusses are manufactured by Superior Trusses LLC. The windows are sliding wood barn sash windows manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows & Doors. The insulated 10’x8’ Lancaster Series overhead garage doors with windows were manufactured by General Door Corporation and installed by Monterey Door Shop. The sliding door with transom windows and gable vents are manufactured by J&N Structures. The foundation is basement walls and a concrete pad installed by the customer. 

Benefits: 

This garage has 9’-6″ high ceiling and a full loft with 10′ high walls. It has (2) garage bays, each with a insulated overhead garage door with windows in the front. The loft has a ladder down to the garage and is accessed along one side by a sliding door with transom windows and the along other side are (2) sliding windows. Each end of the loft has (2) sliding windows and, up near the peak, is a gable vent.
