Project Description:

This 36’ x 48’ barn with a 32’ lean-to was erected in Bull Valley, Illinois in the High-Country style. The white pine board and batten siding was stained with Haley Paint’s Smoke color UL Stain. The trim paint color is Silver Maple manufactured by Haley Paint. The 8- pitch roof was clad with AB Martin’s Ash Grey color metal. A B-48 cupola produced by Creative Cupolas tops off the barn. The exterior stone façade was installed by the customer. The 9’x8’ cedar garage door was installed by Buffalo Valley Door Service. The vinyl Silverline Windows were manufactured by Ply-Gem. The V yoke drop gates were manufactured by Sunset Valley Metal Craft. Lezzer Lumber produced the custom made interior wooden stairs. The Dutch doors were proudly made by Appalachian Woodcrafts.

Benefits:

This beautiful barn has a 12’x12’ office area, (1) 10’x12’ stall, (2) 12’x12’ stalls, (1) 12’x24’ sheep pen and a 12’x36’ open area, making this barn multi-functional. The open area allows adequate space to park equipment. Custom made stairs in the office lead up to a fully operational loft area with hay hole access to lower level.
