Modular Barn – Plainfield, NH


Project Description:

This is a 24’x56′ modular barn with 11′ high walls. This Plainfield, NH barn was built with white pine board and batten siding. It has 9 pitch rafters and Henry Eaveguard ice and water shield and standing seam metal roof installed by the customer. The windows are sliding wood barn sash windows manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows. The 6’x10′ roll doors with windows and 9’x10′ roll doors and 4’x7′ dutch doors are manufactured by J&N Structures. The gable vents are also manufactured by J&N Structures. On the roof is a cupola with windows installed by the customer. The foundation is a concrete pad installed by the customer.

Benefits:
This modular barn has (3) 12’x14′ stalls and a 12’x12′ tack room and a 12’x56′ aisle. The stalls are lined with 4′ high oak kickboard and have a window and a dutch door into the aisle. The tack room has a window and a service door into the aisle. The aisle has (2) sets of double sliding doors with windows along the side and a sliding door at each end. Beside the sliding door at each end is an extra window.
