Modular Barn – North Stonington, CT


Project Description:

This is a 38’x63′ modular barn in the trailside style. This North Stonington, CT trailside barn was built with white pine board and batten siding. It has 4 pitch rafters and an architectural shingle roof with GAF Timberline HD (Charcoal color) shingles. The gutters and downspouts are manufactured by Premier Spouting Design. The windows are single-hung wood barn sash windows manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows & Doors. The 6’x9′ roll doors with windows and 4’x7′ dutch doors with windows and gable vents are manufactured by J&N Structures. On the roof is a B-48 Series cupola manufactured by Creative Cupolas.

Benefits:

This modular barn has (6) 13’x12′ stalls and a 13’x12′ tack room and a 13’x12′ feed room and (2) 13’x12′ open storage areas and a 12’x63′ center aisle. The stalls are lined with 4′ high oak kick boards and have a sliding 4’x7′ stall door into the aisle and a dutch door with a window to the outside. The tack room has a floor and a single-hung window and a service door into the aisle. The feed room has a floor and a single-hung window and a service door into the aisle. The open storage areas are open to the aisle and have a concrete floor installed by the customer. The aisle has double sliding doors with windows at each end. On either side of the front sliding doors with windows are the tack room window and the feed room window. Along each side, the eaves have a 24″ overhang.
