Monitor Style Garage – Hunt Valley, MD

Project Description:

This is a 38’x40′ modular garage with 11′ high walls in the monitor style. This Hunt Valley, MD monitor garage was built with stud walls and plywood sheeting and the vinyl siding was installed by the customer. It has rafters and architectural shingle roof with BP Everest 42 (Shadow Black color) shingles. The small windows are horizontal single-hung Andersen Silverline windows and the larger windows are double-hung Andersen Silverline windows by Bird-In-Hand Windows. The shutters on the windows were installed by the customer. The overhead garage doors were also installed by the customer. The service door with window was manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows. The cupola and weather vane were provided by customer.

Benefits:

This modular garage has (4) garage doors and a service door with window. It has a 14’x40′ loft in the center, which is accessed via electric stairs. The electric stairs are raised up into the loft floor when not in use. The garage is sitting on a concrete pad installed by the customer.
