20 x 30 Pre-Fab Garage – Plainfield, NH

Project Description:

This is a 20’x30’ pre-fab garage with 12’ high walls. This Plainfield, NH garage was built with white pine board & batten siding painted with red paint manufactured by Haley Paint Company. It has 8 pitch rafters and an architectural shingle roof with GAF Timberline HDZ (Pewter Gray color) shingles. The windows are insulated double-hung Silverline Series windows with screens manufactured by Ply Gem and provided by Bird-In-Hand Windows & Doors. The insulated French doors with windows are manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows & Doors. The gable vents are manufactured by J&N Structures. The foundation is a concrete pad installed by the customer.

Benefits:

This garage has a 12’ high ceiling. It has a 20’x30′ open area with French doors with windows in the front. Along each side are (3) insulated double-hung windows. On each end, up near the peak, is a gable vent.
