30×24 Trailside – Glenmoore, PA

Project Description:

This is a 30’x24’ modular horse barn in the trailside style. This Glenmoore, PA trailside horse barn was built with white pine board & batten siding painted with tan paint manufactured by Haley Paint Company. The corner trim and window trim and door trim and crossbucks are painted white. The roof has 3 pitch rafters and architectural shingle roof with GAF Timberline HDZ (Weathered Wood color) shingles. The windows are sliding wood barn sash windows manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows & Doors. The 5’x8’ roll doors with windows and 4’x7’ dutch doors with windows and service door with window and gable vents are manufactured by J&N Structures.

Benefits:
This modular horse barn has (2) 10’x12’ stalls and a 10’x12’ tack room and a 10’x12’ storage room and a 10’x24’ center aisle. On each end, up near the peak, is a gable vent. The stalls are lined with 4’ high oak kick boards and have a sliding stall door into the center aisle and a dutch door with window to the outside. The tack room has floor and a sliding window and is open to the center aisle. The storage area has floor and a sliding window and service door with window to the center aisle. The center aisle has double sliding doors with windows at each end. In the front and rear, are extra sliding windows on either side of the sliding doors.
