36 x 30 Trailside – Cortland, NY

Project Description:

This 36’ x 30’ barn was erected in Cortland, NY in the Trailside style. The white pine board and batten siding is painted with Haley Paint (Christiana Gray/Hunter Green trim). The roof has BP architectural shingles (Pearl Gray color).  The cupola was made by Creative Cupolas. The barn has custom made V yoke stall fronts manufactured by Sunset Valley Metalcraft. The windows were made by Bird in Hand Windows and the doors were crafted by Appalachian Woodcrafts.

Benefits:

This Trailside barn has (2) large 12’ x 15’ stalls and an 8’ lean-to overhang on the left side. Each stall has a Dutch window with a grill. The right side has (1) 12’ x 10’ tack room, (1) 12’ x 10’ feed room and (1) 12’ x 10’ wash stall. Please see the attached floor plan for more details.
