36×24 Building 6 Pitch – Waterford, VT

Project Description:

This is a 36’x36’ modular barn with a 10’ lean-to. This Waterford, VT barn was built with white pine board & batten siding painted with red paint manufactured by Haley Paint Company. The roof has 8 pitch and an insulated 28 gauge metal roof (Galvanized color) manufactured by A.B. Martin. The windows are insulated double-hung Silverline Series windows manufactured by Ply Gem and provided by Bird-In-Hand Windows & Doors. The insulated service doors were manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows & Doors. The (2) 4’x9’ swinging doors and gable vents are manufactured by J&N Structures.

Benefits:
This modular horse barn is all open inside. It has a full second floor accessed via stairs. One end of the loft has a deck accessed via outside stairs and insulated service door and (2) double-hung windows and the other end of the loft has (2) double-hung windows. Along each side of the loft are (2) double-hung windows. On each end, up near the peak, is a gable vent. The front has double swinging doors and the one side has (2) double-insulated windows and the other side has a insulated service door and a double-hung window.
