36×30 Trailside — Baldwinsville, NY

Project Description:

This 36’ x 30’ barn was built in Baldwinsville, NY in the Trailside style. The white pine board and batten siding is un-stained. The 3+ -pitch roof has Black GAF architectural shingles. The Dutch door windows and doors were crafted by Appalachian Woodcrafts.

Benefits:

This Trailside barn has (3) 12’x10’ stalls and (2) 12’ x 8’ stalls. Each stall has a Dutch window with a grill. The stalls do not have any sliding stall doors. There is a 12’ x 14’ tack room with a wood interior service door. The barn is accessed by a pair of 6’x8’ sliding doors on the front & rear. Please see the attached floor plan for more details.
