36×36 Monitor – Acton, ME

Project Description:

This 36’ x 36’ barn with (2) 8’ overhangs was erected in Acton, ME in the Monitor style. The white pine board and batten siding is painted red with white trim using paint manufactured by Haley Paint Company. The roof is shingled with architectural shingles (Rustic Cedar color) manufactured by BP. A B-37 cupola produced by Creative Cupolas tops off the barn. The wood sash windows were manufactured by Bird in Hand Windows. The fiberglass entry doors were provided by Keystone Door Solutions. The yoke drop grills were manufactured by Sunset Valley Metal Craft. Lezzer Lumber produced the custom made interior wooden stairs. The Dutch doors & sliding aisle doors were proudly made by Appalachian Woodcrafts.

Benefits:

This barn has (4) 12’x12’ stalls, with three stalls having yoke drop grills. There is (1) 12’x12’ wash room and (1) 12’x12’ tack room. There are custom made stairs in the center aisle providing access to the upstairs. Two 8’ overhangs provide extra protection on both sides of the barn.
