36×36 Monitor – Livingstone Manor, NY

Project Description:

This is a 36’x36’ modular horse barn in the monitor style. This Livingstone Manor, NY horse barn was built with white pine board & batten siding. The roof has 3 pitch and 6 pitch rafters and an insulated 28 gauge metal roof (Forest Green color) manufactured by A.B. Martin. The windows are sliding wood barn sash windows manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows & Doors. The 6’x8’ roll doors with windows and service door and sliding loft door with window are manufactured by J&N Structures. Up top is a B-37 Boston Series cupola with rooster weather vane manufactured by Creative Cupolas.

Benefits:
This modular horse barn has an open interior. It has a loft over the middle accessed via stairs in the rear. One end of the loft has a sliding loft door with window and the other end has a sliding window. Along each side of the loft are (3) sliding windows. In the front are double sliding doors with windows. Along one side are (3) sliding windows and along the the other side is a service door and (2) sliding windows.
