36x36x10 High Country – Bridgewater, VT

Project Description:

This is a 36’x36’x10′ modular horse barn in the high country style. This Bridgewater, VT high country horse barn was built with white pine board & batten siding stained with caramel stain manufactured by Haley Paint Company. The corner trim and window trim and door trim and crossbucks are stained caramel. The roof has 8 pitch rafters and architectural shingle roof with GAF Timberline HDZ (Weathered Wood color) shingles. The windows are insulated double-hung Silverline Series windows manufactured by Ply Gem and provided by Bird-In-Hand Windows & Doors. The insulated service door with window was manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows & Doors. The 6’x10′ roll doors with windows and sliding loft doors and gable vents are manufactured by J&N Structures. On the roof is a B-48 Boston Series cupola manufactured by Creative Cupolas.

Benefits;

This modular horse barn has a 12’x12’ storage room and a 12’x24′ & 12’x36’ open area and a 12’x36′ center aisle. It has a full loft accessed via stairs in the storage room. The loft has (2) 30″x72″ sliding loft door with windows. One side of the loft has (2) 10′ Dormers with double insulated windows in each dormer. On each end, up near the peak, is a gable vent. The storage room has floor and a insulated double-hung window and a insulated service door into the center aisle and a insulated service door with window out the back. The open area’s have (5) insulated double-hung windows. The center aisle has double sliding doors with windows at each end. In the front, are extra sliding windows on either side of the sliding doors.
