36x48x10 Garage with 10 Lean-To Prefab 6 Pitch – Enfield, NH

Project Description:

This is a 36’x48’ prefab garage with 11’ high walls. This Enfield, NH garage was built with white pine board & batten siding painted with red paint manufactured by Haley Paint Company. The corner trim and window trim and door trim and crossbucks are painted white. It has 6 pitch rafters and architectural shingle roof with GAF Timberline HDZ (Charcoal color) shingles. The windows are insulated double-hung Silverline Series windows with screens manufactured by Ply Gem and provided by Bird-In-Hand Windows & Doors. The insulated service doors were manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows & Doors. The insulated 9’x9’ SRP overhead garage doors with windows were manufactured by General Door Corporation and installed by Monterey Door Shop. The foundation is a concrete pad installed by the customer.

This garage has 11’ high ceiling. It has (3) garage bays, each with a insulated garage door with windows in the front. Along each side is a insulated double-hung window and insulated garage door with window and the other side is an insulated service door with window and (2) insulated double-hung windows.
