Double-Wide Garage – Shrewsbury, VT

This is a 24’x28’ double-wide garage with 9’ high walls and with 10’ lean-to. This Shrewsbury, VT garage was built with white pine board & batten siding painted with red paint manufactured by Haley Paint Company. It has 8 pitch rafters and architectural shingle roof with GAF Timberline HDZ (Charcoal color) shingles. The windows are insulated double-hung Silverline Series windows with screens manufactured by Ply Gem and provided by Bird-In-Hand Windows & Doors. The insulated service door with window was manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows & Doors. The insulated 9’x8’ Homestead Series overhead garage doors with windows were manufactured by General Door Corporation and installed by Monterey Door Shop. The loft door with transom window was manufactured by J&N Structures. The foundation is a concrete pad installed by the customer.

This double-wide garage has 9’ high ceiling and a full loft and a 10’ lean-to on one side. It has (2) garage bays, each with an insulated garage door with windows in the front. Along one side are (2) insulated double-hung windows and the along other side underneath the lean-to is an insulated service door with window and (2) insulated double-hung windows. The loft is accessed via stairs. At one end of the loft is a swinging loft door with transom window and at the other end is an insulated double-hung window.
