Double Wide Garage – Springfield, VT

Project Description:

This is a 24’x24′ double-wide garage. This Springfield, VT garage was built with white pine board and batten siding painted with clay paint manufactured by Haley Paint Company. The corner trim and window trim and door trim and crossbucks are painted white. It has 8 pitch rafters and standing seam metal roof installed by the customer. The windows are un-insulated single-hung Andersen Silverline Series windows with screens provided by Bird-In-Hand Windows. The insulated service door with window is manufactured by Bird-InHand Windows. It has a non-insulated 9’x7′ SRP overhead garage door manufactured by General Door Corporation. The loft door and double service doors are manufactured by J&N Structures. The foundation is a concrete pad installed by the customer.

Benefits:

This double-wide garage has a 9′ high ceiling with a full loft. It has an overhead garage door and an insulated service door with window in the front and (2) single-hung windows on the one side and double service doors on the rear. The loft is accessed via stairs. At one end of the loft is a loft door and at the other end is a single-hung window.
