Double-wide Modular Barn – Washington Depot, CT


Project Description:

This is a 24’x56′ double-wide modular barn with 10′ high walls. This Washington Depot, CT double-wide barn was built with white pine board and batten siding. It has gambrel style rafters and architectural shingle roof with GAF Timberline HD (Weathered Wood color) shingles. The windows are sliding wood barn sash windows manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows. The 9’x9′ SRP non-insulated overhead garage door was manufactured by General Doors Corporation. The 5’x9′ roll doors with window and 4’x7′ dutch doors with window and service door with window and loft door with window are manufactured by J&N Structures. On the roof are (2) B-32 Series cupolas manufactured by Creative Cupolas.

Benefits:

This modular barn has a 12’x12′ stall and a 12’x13′ stall and a 12’x15′ stall and a 12’x10′ tack room and a 16’x24′ garage area and a 12’x30′ aisle. It has a full loft accessed via stairs. One end of the loft has a loft door with window and the other end has (2) windows. The stalls are lined with 4′ high oak kick boards and have a 4’x7′ stall door and a dutch door with window to the outside. The tack room has a window and a service door into the aisle and a service door into the garage. The garage has (2) windows and a non-insulated overhead garage door and a service door with window to the outside. The aisle has double sliding doors with windows in the front and a sliding door with window at the end. The foundation is a concrete pad installed by the customer.
