Garage Double-Wide 12 Pitch – Williamstown, MA

Project Description:

This is a 18’x24’ double-wide garage with 9’ high walls. This Williamstown, MA garage was built with white pine board & batten siding painted with clay paint manufactured by Haley Paint Company. The corner trim and window trim and door trim and crossbucks are stained smoke. It has 12 pitch rafters and an insulated 28 gauge metal roof (Charcoal color) manufactured by A.B. Martin. The windows are insulated double-hung Silverline Series windows with screens manufactured by Ply Gem and provided by Bird-In-Hand Windows & Doors. The (2) 4’x7′ swinging doors with transom windows and (2) 3’x7′ swinging doors with transom windows and service door with window are manufactured by J&N Structures. On the roof is a B-27 Boston Series cupola with arrow weather vane manufactured by Creative Cupolas. The foundation is a concrete pad installed by the customer.

Benefits:
This garage has 9’ high ceiling and a partiall loft. It has double swinging doors with transom windows and a service door with window in the front. Along one side are (2) insulated double-hung windows and the along other side is a double swinging door with transom windows and a insulated double-hung window. The loft is accessed via stairs. At one end of the loft is a insulated double-hung window.
