High Country – Bar Harbor ME

Project Description:

This 30’ x 34’ barn was erected in Bar Harbor, Maine in the High Country style. The barn has white pine board and batten style siding. The 8-pitch roof has Shakewood colored shingles manufactured by GAF. The wood sash windows were manufactured by Bird in Hand Windows. The Dutch doors were made by Rustic Pine Door & Pine Products. Appalachian Woodcrafts crafted the wood sliding doors & service doors. Creative Cupolas manufactured the cupola. Custom L-shaped stairs were made by Lezzer Lumber. The slab foundation was provided by the customer.

Benefits:

This High Country barn has (4) 10’ x 12’ stalls, (1) 10’ x 10’ tack room with stairs and (1) 10’ x 10’ feed room. Both sides of the barn have 10’ lean-to overhangs, providing extra protection for the stall areas. Please see the attached floor plan for more details.
