High Country – Granville, OH

Project Description:

This 36’ x 48’ barn was erected in Granville, OH in the High Country style. The white pine board and batten siding is painted with Haley Paint (Christiana Gray/White trim). The 8-pitch roof has Slate Gray colored shingles manufactured by BP. The Silverline vinyl windows & sliding patio doors were manufactured by Ply-Gem and distributed by Bird in Hand Windows. The yoke stall fronts were produced by Sunset Valley Metalcraft. The Dutch doors were made by Rustic Pine Door & Pine Products. Appalachian Woodcrafts crafted the wood sliding doors & service doors.

Benefits:

This High Country barn has (5) 12’ x 12’ stalls that each have a Dutch door with a window and a v yoke stall front door. The left side has an 8’ lean-to overhang to provide outside protection for the stalls. There is a 12’ x 14’ tack room that has L-shaped stairs that provide access to a loft area. The barn also has a 12’ x 22’ storage room with wood floor. There are (2) 6’ wide 8 pitch A-frame dormers. There will be a future deck added by the customer outside of the sliding patio doors.
