Kennebec with Lean-To – Palmyra, VA

Project Description:

This is a 36’x48′ modular barn with (2) 10′ lean-tos in the kennebec style. This Palmyra, VA kennebec barn was built with white pine board and batten siding painted with tan paint manufactured by Haley Paint Company. The corner trim and window trim and door trim and crossbucks are painted black. It has 6 pitch rafters and architectural shingle roof with GAF Timberline HD (Charcoal color) shingles. The windows are sliding wood barn sash windows manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows & Doors. The 6’x9′ roll doors and 4’x7′ dutch doors and loft door are manufactured by J&N Structures.

Benefits:

This modular barn has (6) 12’x12′ stalls and a 12’x12′ tack room and a 12’x12′ wash stall and a 12’x48′ center aisle. It has a full loft accessed via stairs. One end of the loft has a loft door and the other end has a window. The stalls are lined with 4′ high oak kick boards and have a sliding 4’x7′ stall door into the aisle and a dutch door to the outside. The tack room has floor and a window and a service door into the aisle. The wash stall has white glass boards on the walls
