Description:
This is a 36’x36’ modular horse barn in the high country style with 8’ lean-to. This Leesburg, VA high country horse barn was built with white pine board & batten siding painted with Turkish Coffee paint manufactured by Sherwin-Williams Paints. The roof has 8 pitch rafters and architectural shingle roof with GAF Timberline HDZ (Weathered Wood color) shingles. The gutters and downspouts are manufactured by Premier Spouting. The un-insulated windows are sliding wood barn sash windows and single-hung wood barn sash windows manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows & Doors. The insulated windows are double-hung windows manufactured by ProVia. The 6’x9’ roll doors with windows and 3’x7’ roll doors and 4’x7’ dutch doors and service door and service door with window and sliding loft doors with window and gable vents are manufactured by J&N Structures. On the roof is a B-37 Series cupola with window and weathervane manufactured by Creative Cupolas.

Layout:
This modular horse barn has (2) 12’x9’ stalls and (2) 12’x12’ stalls and a 12’x24’ tack room and a 12’x6’ side aisle and a 12’x36’ center aisle. It has a loft accessed via stairs in the tack room. The loft has a 12’x12’ opening with railing to the aisle below. Each end of the loft has a sliding loft door with window and up near the peak, is a gable vent. One side of the loft has a 12’ wide dormer with (2) insulated double-hung windows. The stalls are lined with 4’ high oak kick boards and have a sliding stall door into the center aisle. The 12’x12’ stalls have a dutch door to the outside. One 12’x9’ stall has a dutch door to the outside and the other 12’x9’ stall has a sliding window. The tack room has floor and a single-hung window and a service door with window to the outside and a service door into the center aisle. The side aisle has double sliding doors and is open to the center aisle. The center aisle has double sliding doors with windows at each end. In the front are extra
single-hung windows on either side of the sliding doors. In the rear is an extra sliding window on one side of the sliding doors. Part of the center aisle has white glass boards on the walls to form a wash stall.
