Modular Barn – Boxford, MA


Project Description:

This is a 30’x32′ modular barn in the trailside style. This Boxford, MA trailside barn was built with white pine board and batten siding. It has 3 pitch rafters and architectural shingle roof with GAF Timberline HD (Pewter Grey color) shingles. The windows are sliding wood barn sash windows manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows. The 5’x8′ roll doors with windows and 48″x80″ dutch doors are manufactured by J&N Structures. The gable vents are also manufactured by J&N Structures.

Benefits:

This modular barn has (2) 10’x12′ stalls and a 10’x22′ stall and a 10’x8′ stall and a 10’x10′ tack room and a 10’x32′ center aisle. The stalls are lined with 4′ high oak kick boards. The 10’x12′ stalls and 10’x8′ stall have a sliding 4’x7′ stall door into the aisle and a dutch door to the outside. The 10’x22′ stall has (2) sliding 4’x7′ stall doors into the aisle and a window and a dutch door to the outside. The tack room has floor and a window and a service door into the aisle. The aisle has double sliding doors with windows at each end. On either side of the sliding aisle doors are extra windows.
