Modular Barn – Califon, NJ


Project Description:

This is a 36’x34′ modular barn in the kennebec style. This Califon, NJ kennebec barn was built with white pine board and batten siding. It has 6 pitch rafters and architectural shingle roof with GAF Timberline HD (Pewter Gray color) shingles. The windows are sliding wood barn sash windows manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows. The 6’x9′ roll doors with windows and 4’x3′ dutch door top sections with window and loft door with window are manufactured by J&N Structures. On the roof is a B-37 Series cupola with weather vane manufactured by Creative Cupolas.

Benefits:

This modular barn has (3) 12’x12′ stalls and (2) 12’x10′ stalls and a 12’x12′ tack room and a 12’x34′ center aisle. It has a loft accessed via stairs. Part of the loft is open to the stalls below and is lined with a railing. One end of the loft has a loft door with window and the other end has a window. The stalls are lined with 4′ high oak kick boards and have a sliding 4’x7′ stall door into the aisle and a dutch door top section with window. The tack room has floor and a window and a service door into the aisle. The aisle has double sliding doors with windows at each end.
