Modular Barn – East Kingston, NH


Project Description:

This is a 34’x24’ modular horse barn in the trailside style. This East Kingston, NH trailside horse barn was built with white pine board & batten siding painted with clay paint manufactured by Haley Paint Company. The corner trim window trim door trim and crossbucks are painted black. The roof has 3 pitch rafters and an architectural shingle roof with GAF Timberline HDZ (Charcoal color) shingles. The windows are sliding wood barn sash windows manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows & Doors. The 5’x8’ roll doors with windows and 4’x7’ Dutch doors with windows and service doors and gable vents are manufactured by J&N Structures.

Benefits:

This modular horse barn has (3) 12’x12’ stalls a 12’x12’ tack room and a 10’x24’ center aisle. On each end, up near the peak, is a gable vent. The stalls are lined with 4’ high oak kickboards and have a sliding stall door into the center aisle and a Dutch door with a window to the outside. The tack room has a floor, a sliding window, and a service door into the center aisle. The center aisle has double sliding doors with windows at each end. In the front, are extra sliding windows on either side of the sliding doors.
