Modular Barn – Front Royal, VA

Project Description:

This is a 32’x44′ modular barn with a fake gambrel style roof. This Front Royal, VA barn was built with white pine board and batten siding painted with tan paint manufactured by Haley Paint Company. The corner trim and window trim and door trim and crossbucks are painted white. It has 4 pitch engineered trusses and architectural shingle roof with GAF Timberline HD (Pewter Gray color) shingles. The small windows are sliding wood barn sash windows manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows. The large windows are insulated double-hung Andersen Silverline Series windows provided by Bird-In-Hand Windows. The insulated service door with window is also manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows. The 6’x9′ roll doors and wood service door with window are manufactured by J&N Structures. The deck was also manufactured by J&N Structures.

Benefits:

This modular barn has an all open interior. It has a service door with window and (2) sliding windows on one side. On each end are double sliding doors. It has a full loft accessed via an outside deck and stairs. The loft is designed with full second floor walls and a fake gambrel roof line. One end of the loft has an insulated double-hung window on either side of an insulated service door with window going out onto the deck and the other end has (2) insulated double-hung windows. Each side of the loft also has (3) insulated double-hung windows.
