Modular Barn – Glen Rock, PA


Project Description:

This is a 36’x36′ modular barn with (2) 8′ lean-tos in the monitor style. This Glen Rock, PA monitor barn was built with white pine board and batten siding stained with smoke stain manufactured by Haley Paint Company. The corner trim and window trim and door trim and crossbucks are painted black. It has rafters and black metal roof manufactured by A.B. Martin Roofing Supply. The windows are sliding wood barn sash windows manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows. The 6’x10′ roll doors with windows and 4’x7′ dutch doors with window and double loft doors are manufactured by J&N Structures. Up top is a B-37 Series cupola with weather vane manufactured by Creative Cupolas.

Benefits:

This modular barn has (5) 12’x12′ stalls and a 12’x12′ tack room and a 11′-5″x36′ center aisle. It has a loft over the center aisle accessed via stairs. One end of the loft has sliding double loft doors and the other end has a window. The stalls are lined with 4′ high oak kick boards and have a sliding 4’x7′ stall door and a dutch door with window to the outside. The tack room has floor and a window and a service door into the aisle. The aisle has double sliding doors with windows at one end and a single sliding door with window at the other end. On either side of the roll doors are extra windows.
