Modular Barn – Hampton Falls, NH

This is a 30’x30’ modular horse barn in the trailside style. This Hampton Falls, NH horse barn was built with white pine board & batten siding stained with bronze stain manufactured by Haley Paint Company. The roof has 3 pitch rafters and architectural shingle roof with GAF Timberline HDZ (Barkwood color) shingles. The gutters and downspouts were manufactured by Premier Spouting Design. The windows are sliding wood barn sash windows manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows & Doors. The 5’x8’ roll doors with transom windows and 48″x80″ dutch doors and service door and 4’x4′ swinging door and gable vents are manufactured by J&N Structures. On the roof is a B-24 Boston Series cupola manufactured by Creative Cupolas.

This modular horse barn has (3) 10’x10’ stalls and a 10’x10’ tack room and a 10’x10’ storage room and a 10’x10’ open storage area and a 10’x30’ center aisle. The stalls are lined with 4’ high oak kick boards and have a sliding stall door into the center aisle and a dutch door to the outside. The tack room has floor and a sliding window and a service door into the center aisle. The storage room has floor and a sliding window and a 4’x4′ swinging door into the center aisle. The open storage area has a sliding window and is open to the center aisle. The center aisle has double sliding doors with transom windows in the front and a dutch door in the rear. On either side of the double sliding doors in the front and the dutch door in the rear are extra sliding windows. On each end of the barn, up near the peak, is a gable vent.
