Modular Barn – Livingston Manor, NY

Project Description:

This 14×24 Gambrel Barn was erected in Livingston Manor, NY. The roof has BP Dark Grey shingles. The white pine board and batten siding is unstained. The Anderson Silverline vinyl insulated double-hung windows and double sliding patio doors were provided by Keystone Doors. Custom L-shaped stairs were crafted by Lezzer Lumber.

Benefits:

This Gambrel barn has an open 14’ x 24’ lower floor plan, with custom L-shaped stairs, which lead to a full second floor. The main entrance is a sliding double insulated patio door with a large gable window upstairs. The barn has a 5’ wide dormer on each side, with a vinyl window in each dormer. There are two additional vinyl windows on the lower left side.
