Modular Barn – Monroe, GA

Project Description:

This 36’ x 36’ barn was erected in Monroe, GA in the Trailside style. The roof is covered with “Burnished Slate” colored metal by Victory Metal Roofing. The B-32 Cupola & horse weathervane was provided by Creative Cupolas. The wood sash windows were provided by Bird in Hand Windows. Appalachian Woodcrafts crafted all the wooden doors.

Benefits:

The barn has a set of sliding aisle doors with glass on both gable ends. There is one 12’x12’ tack room and five 12’ x 12’ stalls with grills in between. The three stalls on the right side have Dutch doors with glass providing easy access. Please see attached floor plan for the layout.
