Modular Barn – New Freedom, PA

Project Description:

This is a 36’x36′ modular barn in the monitor style. This New Freedom, PA monitor barn was built with white pine board and batten siding painted with custom paint provided by Haley Paint Company. The corner trim and window trim and door trim and crossbucks are painted brown. It has rafters and insulated brown metal roof manufactured by A.B. Martin Roofing Supply. The gutters and spouting are manufactured by Premier Spouting Design. The windows are sliding wood barn sash windows manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows. The 6’x8′ roll doors are manufactured by J&N Structures. Up top is a B-37 Series cupola manufactured by Creative Cupolas.

Benefits:

This modular barn has (2) 12’x18′ stalls and (2) 12’x14′ stalls and a 12’x8′ tack room and a 11′-5″x36′ center aisle. It has a loft over the center aisle accessed via a ladder at each end. Each end of the loft has double loft doors. The stalls are lined with 8′ high oak kick boards and have a sliding 4’x7′ stall door and a window. The tack room has floor and a window and a service door into the aisle. The aisle has double sliding doors at each end.
