Modular Barn – Perkiomenville, PA


Project Description:

This is a 32’x24′ modular barn in the trailside style. This Perkiomenville, PA trailside barn was built with white pine board and batten siding. It has 3 pitch rafters and architectural shingle roof with GAF Timberline HD (Shakewood color) shingles. The window is an insulated Andersen Silverline Series double-hung window provided by Bird-In-Hand Windows & Doors. The 6’x8′ roll doors and 48″x80″ dutch doors with window are manufactured by J&N Structures.

Benefits:

This modular barn has (3) 10’x12′ stalls and a 10’x12′ tack room and a 12’x24′ center aisle. The stalls are lined with 4′ high oak kick boards and chew guards and have a sliding 4’x7′ stall door into the aisle and a dutch door with window to the outside. The tack room has pressure-treated floor and an insulated double-hung window and a service door into the aisle. The aisle has double sliding doors at each end.
