Modular Barn – Romney, WV

Project Description:

This is a 34’x42′ modular barn with 9′-6″ high walls in the monitor style. This Romney, WV monitor barn was built with white pine board and batten siding. It has rafters and insulated metal roof (Crimson Red color) manufactured by CN Metals LLC. The windows will be installed by the customer. The 6’x10′ roll doors with windows and 4’x7′ dutch doors with window and 4’x3′ dutch door top sections with window and 4’x7′ service doors with window and sliding double loft doors with window and stairs are manufactured by J&N Structures. The electric lift for the stairs was installed by Monterey Shop LLC. Up top is a B-42 Series cupola with windows and weather vane manufactured by Creative Cupolas.

Benefits:

This modular barn has (2) 10’x10′ stalls and a 10’x10′ tack room and a 10’x10′ grooming stall and a 10’x42′ open storage area and a 13′-5″x42′ center aisle. It has a loft over the center aisle accessed via electric lift stairs. One end of the loft has sliding double loft doors with window and the other end has a window installed by the customer. Each side of the loft has windows installed by the customer. The stalls are lined with 4′ high oak kick boards and have a sliding 4’x7′ stall door into the aisle and a dutch door with window to the outside. The tack room has floor and a window installed by the customer and a service door into the aisle. The grooming stall will be finished by the customer and is open to the aisle. The open storage area has floor and (3) 4’x7′ service doors with window to the outside. The aisle has double sliding doors with windows at each end. On either side of the sliding doors in the front are dutch door top sections with window.
