Modular Barn – Tolland, CT


Project Description:

This is a 30’x36’ modular horse barn in the trailside style. This Tolland, CT horse barn was built with white pine board & batten siding. The roof has 4 pitch rafters and architectural shingle roof with GAF Timberline HDZ (Pewter Gray color) shingles. The windows are sliding wood barn sash windows manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows & Doors. The 5’x8’ roll doors and service doors and gable vents are manufactured by J&N Structures.

Benefits:

This modular horse barn has (3) 10’x12’ stalls and a 10’x12’ tack room and a 10’x12’ storage room and a 10’x12’ wash stall and a 10’x36’ center aisle. The stalls are lined with 4’ high oak kick boards and have a sliding stall door into the center aisle and a sliding window in the rear. The tack room has floor and a sliding window and a service door into the center aisle. The storage room has floor and a sliding window and a service door into the center aisle. The wash stall has white glass boards on the walls and is open to the center aisle. The center aisle has double sliding doors at each end. On each end of the barn, up near the peak, is a gable vent.
