Modular Barn – Underhill, VT


Project Description:

This is a 30’x24’ modular horse barn in the trailside style. This Underhill, VT trailside horse barn was built with white pine board & batten siding painted with blue paint manufactured by Haley Paint Company. The corner trim window trim door trim and crossbucks are painted white. The roof has 3 pitch rafters and an architectural shingle roof with GAF Timberline HDZ (Weathered Wood color) shingles. The window is a sliding wood barn sash window manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows & Doors. The 5’x8’ roll doors with windows and 4’x7’ Dutch doors with window and service doors and gable vents are manufactured by J&N Structures. On the roof is a B-27 Boston Series cupola manufactured by Creative Cupolas.

Benefits:

This modular horse barn has (3) 10’x12’ stalls a 10’x12’ tack room and a 10’x24’ center aisle. On each end, up near the peak, is a gable vent. The stalls are lined with 4’ high oak kickboards with a sliding stall door into the center aisle and a Dutch door with a window to the outside. The tack room has a floor sliding window and a service door into the center aisle. The center aisle has double sliding doors with windows at each end.
