Modular Barn – Warrenton, VA

Project Description:

This is a 36’x48’x10′ modular barn with 10′ lean-to in the high country style. This Warrenton, VA high country barn was built with white pine board and batten siding painted with white paint provided by Haley Paint Company. It has 8 pitch rafters and architectural shingle roof with GAF Camelot II (Charcoal color) shingles. The gutters and downspouts are manufactured by Premier Spouting Design. The large windows are sliding wood barn sash windows manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows. The loft window is a Andersen Silverline Series circle window provided by Bird-In-Hand Windows. The stall fronts are european style stalls manufactured by Sunset Valley Metalcraft. The 4’x7′ metal-framed dutch doors with window are also manufactured by Sunset Valley Metalcraft. The double french patio doors are provided by Bird-In-Hand Windows. The 6’x10′ roll doors with windows and 4’x9′ roll doors with windows are manufactured by J&N Structures. The gable vents are also manufactured by J&N Structures. On the roof is a B-37 Series cupola with weather vane and (2) B-27 Series cupolas with finials manufactured by Creative Cupolas.

Benefits:

This modular barn has (5) 12’x12′ stalls and a 12’x12′ wash stall and a 12’x18′ tack room and a 12’x6′ feed room and a 12’x48′ center aisle. It has a loft accessed via stairs. Part of the loft is open to the aisle below and lined with a railing. One end of the loft has sliding double loft doors with window and the other end has a circle window. The loft ceiling is finished with tongue and groove boards. Each end of the roof has an extended peak. The stalls are lined from floor to ceiling with southern yellow pine kick boards and have a swinging 4’x5′ stall door and a dutch door with window to the outside. The wash stall is lined with white glass board on the walls and has a dutch door with window to the outside. The tack room has a window and a service door with window into the aisle and double french patio doors covered with (2) 4’x9′ sliding doors with windows to the outside. The feed room has a window and a service door with window into the aisle. The aisle has double sliding doors with windows at each end. On each side of the aisle doors are extra windows.
