Modular Barn – Woodland, NC

Project Description:

This is a 32’x30′ modular barn with 8′ lean-to in the high country style. This Woodland, NC high country barn was built with white pine tongue and groove siding. It has 8 pitch rafters and insulated metal roof manufactured by A.B. Martin Roofing Supply. The windows are Jeld-Wen V-2500 Series insulated double-hung windows manufactured by Jeld-Wen Windows & Doors. The 6’x9′ roll doors and 3’x8′ roll doors are manufactured by J&N Structures. The gable vents are also manufactured by J&N Structures. On the roof is a B-32 Series cupola manufactured by Creative Cupolas. The foundation is a concrete pad installed by the customer.

Benefits:

This modular barn is completely open on the inside. It has a full loft accessed via stairs. One end of the loft has sliding double loft doors and the other end has a window. The front has double sliding doors and (2) windows. One side has (3) windows. The other side has double sliding doors and (2) windows under the lean-to. The rear has double sliding doors.
