Modular Kennebeck with 10′ Lean-to – Flemington, NJ

Project Description:

This is a 36’x48′ modular barn in the kennebec style with (2) 10′ lean-tos. This Flemington, NJ kennebec barn was built with white pine board and batten siding. It has 6 pitch rafters and architectural shingle roof with GAF Timberline HD (Weathered Wood color) shingles. The windows are sliding wood barn sash windows manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows. The 6’x9′ roll doors with windows and 4’x7′ dutch doors and service doors with window are built by J&N Structures. Up top is a B-48 Series cupola with weathervane manufactured by Creative Cupolas.

Benefits:
This modular barn has (5) 12’x12′ stalls and a 12’x12′ tack room and a 12’x12′ feed room and a 12’x12′ wash stall. It has a full loft accessed via stairs. The loft has a loft door on one end and a window in the other end. The stalls have a 4’x7’sliding stall door and a dutch door to the outside. The tack room has floor and a window and a service door with window. The feed room has floor and a stairs to the loft and a service door with window into the aisle and a service door with window to the outside. The wash stall has white glassboard on the walls.
