Monitor – Christiansburg, VA

Project Description:

This 36’ x 56’ barn was erected in Christiansburg, VA in the Monitor style. The barn has LP Smart Side siding. The roof has a 29- gauge metal (BLACK) roof that was manufactured by Solid Ridge Metal. The barn is painted white/black trim with Haley Paint. The Silver Line vinyl windows were manufactured by Ply Gem and provided by Bird in Hand Windows. The Dutch doors were made by Rustic Door & Pine Products. Appalachian Woodcrafts crafted the sliding aisle doors. The European stall fronts were manufactured by Sunset Valley Metal Craft. The fiberglass doors were provided by Keystone Door Solutions. Creative Cupolas manufactured the three pine cupolas with a copper top. The pier foundation was provided by the customer.

Benefits:

This Monitor barn has (4) 12’x14’ stalls, (1) 12’x10’ tack room, (1) 12’x10’ bathroom, (1) 12×14 12’x14’ wash stall, and (1) 12’x22’ open storage area. There are (2) 10’x56’ lean-to overhangs. Please see the attached floor plan for more details.
