12′ x 30′ Shed Row Barn – Amissville, VA

This is a 12’x30′ shed row horse barn with 10′ lean-to. This Amissville, VA horse barn with lean-to was built with white pine board and batten siding. It has 3 pitch rafters and an insulated 28 gauge metal roof (Black color) manufactured by A.B. Martin. The windows are wood barn sash windows manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows & Doors. The 4’x7′ dutch door with window and 4’x3′ dutch door tops and gable vents are manufactured by J&N Structures. On the roof is a B-24 Boston Series cupola with horse weather vane manufactured by Creative Cupolas.

The run-in area is lined with 4′ high oak kick boards and has a 12 lite window on the side and (2) dutch door tops in the rear. On each end of the barn, up near the peak, are gable vents. The lean-to offers shelter from the hot sun or rain and snow.
