Shed Row Barn – Latrobe, PA

Project Description:

This 12′ x 48′ shed row barn was erected in Latrobe, PA. The barn was built with white pine board and batten siding. Barn was painted by the customer. The roof has fox hollow grey GAF shingles. The barn’s wood sash windows were manufactured by Bird in Hand Windows and the doors were crafted by Appalachian Woodcrafts.

Benefits:

From left to right, the barn has (2) 12×12 stalls, (1) 12×8 feed room, and (1) 12×16 tack room. Each stall has a solid dutch door and the feed and tack rooms have wooden service doors. There is a 28×24 wooden sash window in each stall and room, providing outside light. This barn was erected on a concrete slab foundation facing an existing barn.
