Project Description:

This is a 12’x48′ shed row horse barn with a 12′ lean-to. This Pennington, NJ shed row horse barn with lean-to was built with white pine board and batten siding painted with white paint manufactured by Haley Paint Company. It has 3 pitch rafters and an architectural shingle roof with GAF Timberline HDZ (Shakewood color) shingles. The windows are sliding wood barn sash windows manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows & Doors. The 4’x7′ dutch doors and service door and gable vents are manufactured by J&N Structures.

Benefits:

This shed row horse barn has (2) 12’x12′ stalls and a 12’x24′ tack room and a 12’x24′ run-in area and a 12’x24′ open lean-to. Each end of the lean-to is enclosed to form the tack room and the run-in area. The stalls are lined with 4′ high oak kick boards and have a dutch door in the front and a sliding window in the rear. The tack room has a floor and a service door in the side underneath the lean-to and a sliding window in the rear. The run-in area has (2) openings in the side and is lined with 4′ high oak kickboards. On each end of the barn, up near the peak, are gable vents. The lean-to offers shelter from the hot sun or rain and snow.
