Shed Row Barn – Topsham, ME

Project Description:

This is a 12’x52′ shed row barn with 12′ lean-to. This Topsham, ME shed row barn with lean-to was built with white pine board and batten siding painted with clay paint manufactured by Haley Paint Company. The corner trim and window trim and door trim and crossbucks are painted white. It has 3 pitch rafters and architectural shingle roof with GAF Timberline HD (Charcoal color) shingles. The windows are sliding wood barn sash windows manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows. The 4’x7′ dutch doors and 48″x80″ dutch doors with window and 5’x7′ sliding door and service door and gable vents are manufactured by J&N Structures.

Benefits:

This shed row barn has (3) 12’x12′ stalls and a 16’x24′ tack room. It has a 12’x36′ lean-to. The stalls are lined with 4′ high oak kick boards and have a dutch door in the front and a dutch door with window in the rear. The tack room has floor and a service door under the lean-to and (2) windows in the front and a sliding door in the rear. On each end of the barn are gable vents.
