Shed Row Barn with 8 Lean-To

Project Description:

This is a 12’x34′ shed row horse barn with 8′ lean-to. This Gettysburg, PA horse barn with lean-to was built with white pine board and batten siding painted with christiana gray paint manufactured by Haley Paint Company. The corner trim and window trim and door trim and crossbucks are painted white. It has 3 pitch rafters and architectural shingle roof with GAF Timberline HDZ (Shakewood color) shingles. The window is a sliding wood barn sash window manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows & Doors. The 4’x7′ dutch doors with windows and 4’x7′ dutch doors and sliding door and service door and gable vents are manufactured by J&N Structures.

Benefits:
This shed row horse barn has (2) 12’x12′ stalls and a 12’x10′ hay storage room and a 8’x34′ lean-to. The stalls are lined with 4′ high oak kick boards and have a dutch door in the front and a dutch door with window in the rear. The hay storage room has floor and a service door in the front and a sliding window in the rear and a sliding door on the side. On each end of the barn, up near the peak, are gable vents. The lean-to offers shelter from the hot sun or rain and snow.
