Trailside Barn – Hardwick, NJ

Project Description:

This is a 30’x30’ modular horse barn in the trailside style with 11’ high walls. This Hardwick, NJ trailside horse barn was built with duratemp t1-11 siding painted with red paint manufactured by Haley Paint Company. The corner trim and window trim and door trim and crossbucks are painted white. The roof has 4 pitch rafters and architectural shingle roof with GAF Timberline HDZ (Pewter Gray color) shingles. The windows are non-insulated single-hung aluminum windows provided by Apple Outdoor Supply. The non-insulated 8’x8’ SRP Series overhead garage door is manufactured by General Door Corporation and installed by Monterey Door Shop. The 5’x9’ roll doors and 5’x9’ roll doors with windows and 4’x7’ dutch doors with window and service door and service door with window and gable vents are manufactured by J&N Structures. On the roof is a B-32 Series cupola with horse weathervane manufactured by Creative Cupolas.

Benefits:

This modular horse barn has (2) 10’x10’ stalls and a 10’x12’ stall and a 10’x10’ tack room and a 10’x18’ open storage area and a 10’x30’ center aisle. The stalls are lined with 4’ high oak kick boards and have a sliding stall door into the center aisle and a dutch door with window to the outside. The tack room has floor and a service door with window to the outside and a service door into the center aisle. The open storage area has (2) single-hung aluminum windows and an overhead garage door and is open to the center aisle. The center aisle has double sliding doors with windows in the front and double sliding doors in the rear. In the front, are extra single-hung aluminum windows on either side of the sliding doors. On each end of the barn, up near the peak, is a gable vent.
