Trailside with 10 Lean-To -Chepachet, RI

Project Description:

This is a 30’x24’ modular horse barn in the trailside style with 10’ lean-tos. This Chepachet, RI trailside horse barn was built with white pine board & batten siding painted with red paint manufactured by Haley Paint Company. The roof has 3 pitch and an insulated 28 gauge metal roof (Charcoal color) manufactured by A.B. Martin. The windows are sliding wood barn sash windows manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows & Doors. The 5’x9’ roll doors with windows and 4’x7’ dutch doors with window and service door and gable vents are manufactured by J&N Structures.

Benefits:
This modular horse barn has (3) 10’x12’ stalls and a 10’x12’ tack room and a 10’x24’ center aisle. On each end, up near the peak, is a gable vent. The stalls are lined with 4’ high oak kick boards and have a sliding stall door into the center aisle and a dutch door with window to the outside. The tack room has floor and a sliding window and a service door into the center aisle. The center aisle has double sliding doors with windows at each end. In the front and rear, are extra sliding windows on either side of the sliding doors.
