Trailside with 8 Lean-To 7 Pitch – Cameron, NC


Project Description:

This is a 30’x36’ modular horse barn in the trailside style with 8’ lean-to. This Cameron, NC trailside horse barn was built with white pine board & batten siding painted with dark gray paint manufactured by Haley Paint Company. The corner trim and window trim and door trim and crossbucks are painted white. The roof has 7 pitch rafters and architectural shingle roof with GAF Timberline HDZ (Pewter Gray color) shingles. The windows are sliding wood barn sash windows manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows & Doors. The insulated service door with window was manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows & Doors. The 5’x9’ roll doors with windows and 5’x9’ roll doors and 4’x7’ dutch doors and 4’x7’ dutch doors with window and gable vents are manufactured by J&N Structures.

Benefits:
This modular horse barn has (3) 10’x12’ stalls and a 10’x12’ tack room and a 10’x8’ and 10’x16′ grooming stalls and a 10’x36’ center aisle. On each end, up near the peak, is a gable vent. The stalls are lined with 4’ high oak kick boards and have a sliding stall door into the center aisle and a dutch door with window to the outside. The tack room has floor and a sliding window and a insulated service door with window into the center aisle. The smaller grooming stall is open to the center aisle and has a dutch door to the outside. The larger grooming stall is partially open to the center aisle and has a dutch door to the outside. The center aisle has double sliding doors with windows in the front and double sliding doors in the rear.
